Spotlight on CENTURY 21®
Realtor Cindy Mitchell
Every once in a while you have the privilege of meeting an
individual whose personal and professional achievements shine
above all the rest. Cindy Mitchell, a Multi-Million Dollar Club
realtor with CENTURY 21 in Athens, is such an individual whose credentials
speak for themselves.
"I
stress professionalism and commitment to service, because that's
what it'
s all about," says Cindy. "Selling or buying your home should
be a fun and smooth transition. We aren't just selling brick and
mortar here. People's lives, careers and surroundings are effected,
and the most important commitment I can make to my clients is
to be there for them before, during and after the closing."
Ms. Mitchell is from Atlanta and graduated from the University of
Georgia. When she chose Oconee County as her home several years ago,
she vowed never to return to the fast pace lifestyle of Atlanta.
"I love it here and would never go back," she laughs. "Oconee
County is my home, my life and my work."
Over the years, she has been recognized for her outstanding
performance with many awards, but the one Cindy is most proud of
is her many CENTURION®
awards, which are reserved for only those exceptional real estate
professionals who rank as leaders within the top two percent of
the CENTURY 21®
sales force. Ms. Mitchell has captured the coveted award for
eleven straight years. As an instructor for CENTURY 21®
sales force,
she speaks throughout Georgia at seminars and training sessions.
She is a member of many councils such as the Graduate Realtors
Institute, the National Association of Realtors and is State
Director for the Georgia Association of Realtors, to name a few.
Wherever she speaks, she stresses ethics and professionalism to
her peers. "This is big business", she says, "and somewhere along
the line we have forgotten the customer. Treat them right and make
all your clients your first priority, and you will establish
business and personal relationships for life."
With all the many changes happening in Oconee County right now,
Cindy mixes excitement with a little cautious advice. "Highway
316 will have a tremendous influence on our community, and the
progress which will follow is beneficial in many ways. But as
concerned residents, we all need to be careful and remain attentive
to what is happening in our backyards. Change is good, but if
it comes too swiftly, it can ruin a good thing. Let's work together
to keep Oconee County the best place to be now and into the future."
Cindy Mitchell is truly a friend and neighbor we can all be proud
of in our community. She truly cares about Oconee, its residents
and its future. For all your real estate needs, you can turn to
Cindy for the quality, commitment and service you deserve. Just
give her a call and let her help
you change your life.
